The Nike Air Python is reemerging with after an extended 26-year hibernation. The Original Nike Air Python which debuted in 1987 was a luxurious cross between the Air Jordan 2 and the Nike Air Force 2 and was a hit thanks to the luxe snakeskin wrapped around the heel, quarter and tongue. For 2013, the shoe returns in two colorways, both of which are crafted using premium leather. Unfortunately, the snakeskin has been replaced with debossed, printed leather. The white/silver colorway will be releasing this month while the white/brown colorway will be arriving in October.
Set to release later in the year is this unique black/gamma blue colorway of the Nike Lunar Force 1 High PRM. This colorway offers up a mix of premium materials starting with a nubuck base to which has been added leather overlays sporting a variety of patterns. The leather overlay on the heel features a reflective leopard print pattern while the Swoosh and ankle tab sport a snake-like pattern. Blue accents appear on the lining and as speckled elements on the midsole. Be on the lookout for this colorway at select Nike retailers sometime in October.
Smooth since 1968, the Suede has been a staple in PUMA‘s line since it was rolled off the line.
With marijuana enthusiasts’ favorite holiday 4/20 vastly approaching, rapper Curren$y and Diamond Supply Co. drop off their aptly titled 4/20 Collection. Collaborating on the Brilliant sneaker in both low top and high top versions, a familiar plant pattern can be seen in an all-over-print amidst the canvas and leather that make up the shoes.
